Once we receive your request, our team will reach out with a confirmation so you can relax knowing support is on the way. Think of it as one less thing on your to-do list, and one more step toward feeling empowered, encouraged, and ready to thrive.

After you book your appointment, we’ll send three links to your email: a consent form, an intake form, and an invoice. Knock those out at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can keep your spot! If we don’t get them in time, your appointment will have to be cancelled — but don’t worry, we’ll send you a few friendly nudges before then!
