Think of Latch & Milk as your personal guide through the land of latches, letdowns, and late-night feedings. We bring evidence-based strategies, practical tips, and plenty of encouragement to help you and your baby find your groove. Whether you need help with preparing for when your baby arrives, positioning, pumping, or just peace of mind, we’re here to make sure your breastfeeding journey feels less like a puzzle and more like a partnership.
We believe every family deserves quality lactation support, which is why we offer flexible payment options. You can pay out of pocket through Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Cash App.
We are in network with United Healthcare, First Health, and Aetna. If you are not insured by any of those three, a superbill will be provided to you at the end of your visit to submit to your insurance to try for partial reimbursement. We are actively trying to become in-network with more insurance providers. If you are insured by any of the three insurance providers listed, check your coverage by clicking the button below.

Ready to get started? Whether you’re preparing before baby arrives or looking for support in the thick of it, we’re here for you. Click the Book Appointment button to schedule your consultation today. Because feeding your little one should feel empowering, not overwhelming.

In-Home
Think of this as your feeding “dress rehearsal.” During a prenatal visit, we’ll walk through what to expect in the first days of breastfeeding, from latching basics to building confidence before baby arrives. You’ll leave with practical tips, personalized guidance, and the reassurance that you’re already preparing for success. After all, it’s easier to nail the encore when you’ve rehearsed the opening act.

This is where the magic (and sometimes the mayhem) really happens. In your first postpartum visit, we’ll troubleshoot real-time feeding challenges—whether that’s sore nipples, a sleepy feeder, or milk supply mysteries. We’ll work with you in your own rhythm, offering strategies, encouragement, and the kind of hands-on guidance that Google just can’t provide. Our goal? To make feeding feel less like a battle and more like the bonding experience it’s meant to be.
